Looking at planetary rulers in different celestial houses is one of my favorite astrological methods.
It’s mainly used in horary astrology, but is just as good in a natal one. When the planetary ruler of a sign on a cusp of some house is in another house, the link between these two areas of life is present.

How to know which planetary rulers govern which houses
Each sign has a planet ruling it. Here is a list of planetary rulers or signs:
