Thank you for sharing your experience there. I think everyone experiences many things differently. For instance a few sensitive people feeling sick in a place happens anywhere they feel their nervous system is uncomfortable. I’m sensitive. People can feel good and bad vibes in Jerusalem for instance. I find some Catholic Churches peaceful and not oppressive. I feel how you feel is based on your internal beliefs of good and evil. I imagine if I entered a satanic temple I’d feel oppressed too. I have a belief that all religions that teach love as their primary force are good. That’s not to say that people who run them don’t abide by that truth and probably why sometimes you feel that dark power of oppression around. Not allowing food in there is understandable given they want to preserve the ancient building and most people are careless. keeping it well wrapped and being respectful i think are the main focuses of that rule anyway Thanks for sharing your experience.
I also love that some Catholic and Orthodox churches have that supernatural vibe (most Protestant churches do not and are basically like a conference building lol) , and I relate to the color black a lot. To me it means looking at your dark side, finding your power, and solitude. The thorns on Jesus heart is a reminder of what he suffered to bring love to the world.
I wish I could edit comments to add things instead of replying, but I’ve been following you for many years, and I do remember you posting how when you had your kundalini awakening, some Buddhist monks passed you and you felt their evil energy… I think as we get older we learn more, and one of the things I learned was so let my intuition be tempered by life lessons and know that I don’t know much about anything at all.
