A lot of exhaustion could be avoided by applying some mental discipline. Negative thinking consumes a lot of energy, as it causes heavy (negative) emotion.
(In low vibration realms, it’s exhausting to move as the energy is slow and therefore heavy. Emotion is energy-in-motion, and therefore negative emotions are dense, slow-moving energies.)
In this post, we will focus on another big energy wastage – energy division.
Like the previous way to use up the energy, it’s the default behaviour of most humans, and many don’t even think something can be done about it.
You divide your energy when you put your focus on that which doesn’t exist – the past or the future. If you keep your awareness in the present, no energy wastage occurs as you tap into the timelessness where energy cannot be used.
But when you behave unlike any other creature of this world, and therefore unnaturally, by focusing on that which is gone or yet to come, energy wastage results.
This division of energy started because humans forgot the real Master and gave this role to the mind.
The mind is not suited for such a position, as it wasn’t created for such a role. The mind is stuck in time and thus cannot see the future, no matter how much it plans by looking at the past.
Because it knows it’s unsuitable for such a task, it starts fearing. Thus, fear of the future is born.
Because it was given the Master’s role, it also wants to control everything and attaches itself to what it likes, and directs negative emotion to what it dislikes, thus worsening the situation. It acts completely unreasonably, as it wasn’t created for such tasks.
Eventually, it becomes too much for the mind to be acting this way, and it starts breaking down, which results in insanity, phobias, Alzheimer’s, and other mental deficiencies.
So as to preserve the mind, it should only be given its original task to do, which is working out the details of the ideas given by the Higher Self.
For example, when you keep a conscious connection to your Higher Self, you’ll get inspiration as to what to do next. And the mind’s task then is to work out the details of how to accomplish that task.
That’s how the mind should be used. It should not be stuck in the past or fearfully look at the future. It has no ability to see beyond the next few steps. It should only work out the details of the task given to it by the Higher Self.
If, for example, you get a strong urge to fly to London, it’s not the mind’s task to approve or disapprove of the task given by your Higher Self.
The mind should get busy working out the logistics of the journey, such as which airline to choose and which hotel to stay. But it should not be the one deciding where you should be going, or whether or not to go.
If you use your mind this way, you’ll no longer divide your energy and you’ll keep your mind functioning well till your old age.
If the mind is used this way, all the unreasonable fears will disappear, and your life will certainly become easier, as you’ll get into the natural flow of it, the same flow that all the earth’s creatures enjoy with the exception of humans.
