I remember a few years ago having a coaching client who came to me with multiple issues. She was complaining that she doesn’t have any friends, that nobody understands her or wants to engage with her.

Upon conversing with her for several sessions, I realized that all she was accusing others of applied to her – she was the one who didn’t care to engage, who was suspicious and judgmental of others, and who was quick to say no to any invitations.

Of course, she was not seeing that in herself, but that was precisely why we were working together – to shine a light on what was hidden.

How we see others, that’s how we will be seen. That’s because ultimately we are one. So how we behave with others, that’s the treatment that we will get.

And the same applies to giving. Because we are one, if you share freely, you will only receive – because you are sharing with your Self. By giving to others, you only give to your Self.

This law doesn’t work if you share from a place of fear or lack – believing that others are taking something away from you. Giving from scarcity only attracts more scarcity. But when you share with a free, open heart, from the abundance that you are, what you give multiplies.

This applies to ideas as well as tangible things. Tangible things were originally ideas. Their source is a particular idea. So an idea shared is an idea strengthened – it multiplies, when it’s shared.

All these ideas – such as love, gratitude, abundance, care, are the same. They are divine ideas, and they will be returned to you in the way that you need the most. So if you are in need of funds, your shared idea (in the form of teaching, action, or a thing given) will be returned as greater prosperity.

And if you’re in need of love, your care, gratitude, and positive words for others will be reflected as others loving and caring for you in ways you need most.

You are only giving to yourself. So if you see someone in need, it’s your need that is being reflected. Maybe not in a way that you see this particular form, but by supplying the need of another, your own particular needs will be supplied. You are helping yourself by helping others.

I always say that I have the best, most loving and grateful clients. Most of them have been with me for years, and are ever grateful for my teachings. This is not a coincidence. I share of myself always, in the form of spiritual teachings.

We all have different ways to give of ourselves. And when we give with loving intention, we are provided for – always, and in ways that we are in need of.

I remember one reader being very grateful to me years ago, for teaching him this very spiritual law. He applied giving with a free heart, and became wealthy.

When I was passing through Dubai on transit, he expressed his gratitude by covering my stay in the tallest building in the city and inviting me to dinner. He had fully embodied the lesson: expressing abundance through action naturally draws more abundance back to you.

So you cannot expect others to love, care and provide for you if you judge them and separate yourself from them, unwilling to share of yourself. Give – and give freely – of your time, of your care, of your love; through actions or things. And you will start this beautiful spiritual law working for you, and you will be amazed how much you receive if you lovingly share of yourself.

I’ve lived by this spiritual principle for years, and so I was never in lack since my spiritual awakening. And I’m applying this spiritual law again through a mindfulness retreat I’m hosting this October in Nepal.

During it I’ll share with you my time and spiritual understanding; we will share fun moments together to align you with Life. All this sharing always results in more love, more abundance, and more opportunities for all.

One of the attendees from my last Nepal retreat was surprised to find that our time together was about truly Living, not sitting through dry spiritual lectures. She arrived feeling stuck in her head, holding onto a rigid idea of what a "spiritual path" should look like.

Over the course of our stay, she experienced a total breakthrough – shifting into an open, radiant, and deeply aligned state. Upon returning home with a renewed mindset, she quickly attracted the career opportunity that was perfect for her.

That is simply how alignment works. If you feel called to step into this flow and experience what opens up when you align with life, I encourage you to explore the details of this retreat.

Spaces are very limited to keep the group intentionally small, so please respond to this email as soon as you can if you feel like this retreat aligns with you.
